Who we are
Karma is made by Jogendra Singh (“we”). Questions about this policy or your data: ijogendrajat@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Kept |

| Display name, avatar and card back | Shown to the players at your table | Until you delete the account |
| Games: your moves, place and who you played | Running the game fairly, fixing problems | 7 days after the game |
| Online status | Showing others you're still at the table | Until you delete the account |
| Purchases: product, Google Play order id, a fingerprint of the purchase token | Unlocking what you bought, handling refunds | Until you delete the account |
| Premium Social chat messages | Delivering them to your table | Deleted about 10 minutes after the game ends |
| Premium Social voice | Carrying it live to your table | Never recorded or stored |
| Reports you make, and your block list | Keeping the game safe | Reports: as long as needed for moderation. Blocks: until you delete the account |
| Crash reports: what went wrong, device model and OS version | Fixing crashes | 90 days |
| Usage events: searching for a game, starting and finishing one (with your place), purchases, plus an app-install id | Understanding what to improve | Up to 14 months |
We don't sell data, show ads, or track you across other apps.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase: sign-in, the game's database and servers, hosting, crash reports and usage analytics.
- Google Play: payments; we never see your card.
- Stream (GetStream.io): Premium Social voice and chat only.
Playing with others
Players at your table see your name, avatar and moves, and with Premium Social your messages and voice. You can mute, block or report any player from their avatar. Blocked players aren't matched with you in quick play again.
Your choices
Delete your account in the app (Home → Privacy & safety → Delete account) or on the delete account page. That deletes the data above, except reports kept for moderation. Cancel a subscription in the Google Play Store.
Children
Karma isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
