UnScroll · Your data
Delete your account
UnScroll, by Urban Zamidar Group (UZG19). Two ways to delete your account and everything in it.
In the app (immediate)
- Open UnScroll and go to Profile → Privacy (or Settings → Privacy & data).
- Tap Delete account, tick “I understand this can't be undone”, then tap Delete account.
Your account and everything stored with it are deleted at once, and the phone is signed out and cleared. If you subscribe to UnScroll Basic through Google Play, its renewal is cancelled; time already paid for is not refunded automatically.
Without the app
Email ijogendrajat@gmail.com from the Google account you sign in to UnScroll with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your profile, goals, plan and settings stored in your account
- Daily totals, verified scores, activities, focus sessions, badges, long-term goals and challenges
- Your invite code (invitations already in progress can finish for the friends who accepted them, but nobody can use the code again)
- Your sign-in account, and links between it and Google Play purchases
App-by-app usage was only ever on your phone; uninstalling UnScroll removes it.
What remains
- Past weekly leaderboards keep their scores, with “Former member” instead of your public name.
- If a friend invited you, their invitation history keeps a count, without your identity.
- Google Play keeps its own records of payments, under Google’s privacy policy.
Only want to remove some data?
In Profile → Privacy you can also download a copy of your data or delete just your usage history, and keep the account. See the privacy policy for everything UnScroll keeps.
