Terms of Service

Last updated July 19, 2026. These terms cover the Voltly Android app specifically. See also the Voltly Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Voltly, an app by UZG19 (Urban Zamidar Group), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What the service is

Voltly measures charging power using your phone's built-in battery sensors, keeps a history of charging sessions, ranks the chargers you tag, and can recommend chargers. Voltly is currently distributed as a beta on Google Play: features may change, and occasional rough edges are part of the deal.

3. Measurements are estimates

Voltly reports battery-side measurements from your device's own sensors. These are estimates: they are typically lower than wall-side ratings printed on chargers (conversion losses are physics), they vary with temperature, battery state, cables, and hardware, and sensor quality differs between phone models. Voltly is an informational tool; it is not calibrated lab equipment, and you shouldn't rely on it for safety-critical or warranty decisions about your hardware.

4. Accounts

Voltly works without an account: the app signs in anonymously to send anonymized telemetry as described in the Privacy Policy. Optionally you can sign in with Google to back up your charging history. You're responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.

5. Premium

Voltly Premium is a one-time in-app purchase ($4.99, local pricing may vary) processed by Google Play Billing, with a 7-day free trial. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Billing, cancellation of the trial, and refunds are handled through Google Play and follow Google Play's policies. Promotional codes, when offered, follow the terms stated with the specific offer.

6. Affiliate links

Charger recommendations may open affiliate links (for example Amazon Associates). Voltly may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. The products themselves are sold by the retailer: pricing, availability, shipping, and returns are between you and them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service's infrastructure.
  • Submit falsified telemetry or interfere with the integrity of fleet benchmarks or offers.
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Voltly app, name, logo, and content are owned by UZG19. Your charging data is yours; using the app grants us only the limited license needed to process it as the Privacy Policy describes.

9. Service “as is”

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, UZG19 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on measured or recommended charging performance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced in-app; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
